I'm Ron Ward, an entrepreneur with a deep love for education, living in the cultural mosaic of Japan. As an ESL teacher myself, I know how much time we spend outside the classroom: digging through resources, matching lessons to objectives, and creating materials that bring language to life. These tasks matter, but they often crowd out what drew us to teaching in the first place.
