• User Content: If you upload content, such as sounds or files, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant ESL Tools a non-exclusive license to store and display this content as necessary to provide our services.

• Cookies: As of now, ESL Tools does not use cookies. If this changes, we’ll notify you and update this section.

6. Payments and Refunds

• Subscription Payments: All payments for paid plans are processed securely via Stripe.
• Refund Policy: All sales are final unless required by law.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend user accounts if a user violates these Terms or engages in activities harmful to the site or other users.
